Tabs3 Software introduces a selection of new features designed to streamline payment processing, improve client data synchronization, and enhance security for law firms.

This release debuts Tabs3Pay Autopay, enabling firms to schedule automatic client payments directly when generating final statements. This feature simplifies transaction workflows, with processed payments easily imported and less manual follow up on collections. Complementing this, Tabs3Pay now offers an Auto-Replenish option for trust account deposits, automatically topping up accounts to a defined balance threshold when needed.

The new iManage Integration automatically synchronizes client and matter information across Tabs3 Billing, PracticeMaster, and Tabs3 Trust Accounting with iManage, a leading document and email management platform. This integration eliminates the need for individual iManage accounts, ensuring up-to-date matter details and reducing administrative overhead.

Tabs3 Accounts Payable now includes Secure Bank Accounts and Restricted Vendor Transactions, giving firms granular control over who can access confidential financial records. These security measures exclude restricted data from dashboards, reports, and entry windows for unauthorized users, providing meaningful protection without adding friction to everyday workflows.

"The new features that Tabs3 brings to the market reflects what firms need: automated payments, tighter security, and systems that talk to each other seamlessly," said Mark Storm, General Manager of Tabs3 Software. "Our focus remains on giving legal professionals the tools they need to operate with confidence and ease."
