Marketers Double Down on Intimate, Data-Rich Events
In the first half of 2025, Bizzabo customers hosted 27% more in-person events, with a major spike in small in-person gatherings under 150 attendees, which grew 34% year over year. Mid-market companies led the charge with a 50% increase, while enterprise customers followed with a 25% gain.
This surge reflects a broader strategy shift: marketers are embracing first-party data and regional, relationship-driven events to drive pipeline, loyalty, and insights across the customer journey.
Bizzabo supported this movement with its own Bizzy Dinner Series, hosting intimate, insight-packed gatherings in New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Chicago.
