Basys, a payment technology leader with more than 20 years of industry expertise, has announced the launch of its new QuickBooks integration, now available through the iQ Pro+ platform. The plug-in is designed to simplify accounts receivable workflows by enabling QuickBooks Online and Desktop users to embed secure payment links directly into invoices—helping businesses reduce manual processes, lower processing costs, and accelerate cash flow.
With the integration, businesses can accept credit, debit, and ACH payments directly from QuickBooks invoices without relying on third-party portals or manual data entry. The solution is fully embedded within existing AR workflows, allowing teams to maintain their current invoicing and tracking processes while enhancing how they collect payments.
“Business owners shouldn’t have to leave QuickBooks or use a third-party portal just to get paid,” said Brad Oddo, CEO at Basys. “Our integration bridges that gap—with a branded, flexible and fully supported payment experience right inside the tools they already use.”
Unlike general-purpose payment tools, the Basys QuickBooks integration was purpose-built for AR teams, bookkeepers, controllers, and business owners seeking greater flexibility, branding control, and cost management. Users can enable partial payments for large balances or repeat customers, apply custom admin fees to offset processing costs, and offer a custom-branded payment portal to enhance professionalism and trust. The solution also includes hands-on onboarding and training from Basys’ in-house support team.
The QuickBooks plug-in is powered by iQ Pro+, Basys’ proprietary all-in-one payments platform launched earlier this year. iQ Pro+ includes a suite of features such as a virtual terminal, recurring billing, invoicing tools, customer management, and advanced reporting—providing businesses with a centralized system to manage and scale their payment operations.
“QuickBooks is a great tool—but it wasn’t built for payments,” said Chris Borchers, Basys Chief Technology Officer. “iQ Pro+ bridges that gap with branded payment tools, admin fee flexibility, and real-time visibility—all inside the QuickBooks experience.”
Basys also confirmed that additional integrations, including Epic and other third-party ERP platforms, are already live, underscoring the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering a connected, merchant-first payment ecosystem.
