DepositLink, a leading digital payments platform built specifically for the real estate industry, announced the successful launch of Payment Authorization with Keller Williams GO Network, Keller Williams' largest franchisee. The new capability allows one administrator to create an outgoing payment while requiring a separate authorized administrator to review and approve it before funds are released.
Payment Authorization also provides a complete audit trail, recording who created each payment, who reviewed and approved it, and when each step was completed—giving finance and operations teams greater accountability.
KW GO Network now uses Payment Authorization for all outgoing payments made through DepositLink, and the feature has integrated smoothly into the team's existing payment workflow.
"DepositLink's Payment Authorization feature has been a home run for KW GO Network. It fits our protocol and compliance needs while giving our team the oversight we require without making the payment process more complicated. DepositLink listened closely to what we needed and delivered a solution our administrators have been able to adopt successfully."
— Amy Alexander, Director of Finance, KW GO Network
"When GO Network told us they needed two-person approval on outgoing payments, we built it with them, not just for them. Every brokerage moving money today is thinking about fraud and internal controls, and Payment Authorization gives them a straightforward way to add that safeguard without slowing their team down."
— Mark Gibbons, VP of Sales & Partnerships, DepositLink
Payment Authorization is now available to other Keller Williams organizations and real estate companies seeking stronger controls around outgoing payments. DepositLink will support implementation through administrator onboarding, workflow configuration and training.
