DualEntry, the Agentic ERP for modern finance teams, has launched a native integration with Brex that connects corporate card spend, reimbursements, and bill payments directly with accounting workflows in DualEntry.

The integration is designed to reduce the manual work between managing company spend and getting that activity accurately into the books, allowing teams to code expenses in Brex before they are exported to DualEntry.

With the integration, finance teams can:

• Send Brex card transactions and reimbursements into DualEntry in near real time after export
• Sync bills and bill payments from Brex
• Map Brex legal entities to the correct companies in DualEntry
• Keep GL accounts, departments, and classes aligned across both systems
• Use Brex accounting rules and workflows to automate transaction coding and exports

DualEntry’s chart of accounts and classifications are pushed into Brex, while spend activity flows back into DualEntry with the accounting information applied in Brex. Changes to coding can also be reflected in DualEntry on subsequent syncs.

By connecting the accounting structure in DualEntry with the spend activity happening in Brex, teams can keep more transactions coded and accounted for throughout the month rather than concentrating that work at month-end.
