Ledger Run has a list of marquis customers, over a thousand studies active on its ClinRun™ platform, and supports more than twenty-thousand clinical sites in over forty counties. "It has been an honor to have founded and served as its CEO for all these years, and I am excited to have John take the reins," said Gary Lubin. "With a strong team in place, a top technology platform that continues to get better, strong customer relationships, together with John's experience in leading and growing business, I am very optimistic for Ledger Run's next chapter."

Mr. Chinnici brings more than 25 years of experience running and scaling software and services companies.  Mr. Chinnici has spent most of his career serving the life sciences industry, first at Accenture and IBM and then as an early leader at Veeva Systems and through much of its most rapid growth.  Most recently, Mr. Chinnici was leading the Insights division of Inovalon, a healthcare software and data company.  "I am excited to build on the great legacy Gary has established, for the privilege to serve Ledger Run's tremendous customer base, and the opportunity to work with the amazing Ledger Run team," John remarked.

"On behalf of the Board, I want to express our deepest gratitude to Gary for his leadership, vision and unwavering commitment to the Company. His dedication to fostering a collaborative, creative culture, and innovative application of technologies, has been instrumental in Ledger Run's success," said John Durrett, Partner at Blue Star Innovation Partners, Ledger Run Executive Sponsor and Board of Directors Member.
