Vested Finance, an SEC registered investment advisor, has partnered with Monark Markets to expand access to Pre-IPO companies and other alternative investment opportunities. Monark, an "Alts-as-a-Service" API platform that provides broker-dealers and wealth management platforms seamless access to private markets, is powering Vested's new Private Markets investing offering, available natively within the Vested app. 

Building on successful SPV offerings in SpaceX, Stripe, and Perplexity, Vested and Monark are democratizing access to private markets for Indian investors that have traditionally been out of reach for most individuals. With more companies choosing to stay private for longer, everyday investors have been largely excluded from the $16 trillion private markets, home to some of the world's most innovative private companies.
