At Consensus 2026, Byreal co-founder Emily Bao unveiled the protocol’s ambitious 2026 strategic roadmap during her keynote at Solana Accelerate APAC, outlining three major initiatives aimed at transforming on-chain trading infrastructure and expanding access to global asset markets.
Addressing developers, institutional participants, and industry leaders gathered at the flagship Solana event, Bao detailed how Byreal plans to broaden on-chain participation through advanced liquidity systems, AI-powered tools, and real-world asset integration.
A central pillar of the 2026 roadmap is the introduction of automated and AI-driven liquidity provider (LP) tools. Planned features include AutoSwap for single-asset entry with atomic execution, AI-assisted strategy engines to optimize LP position management, and automated rebalancing with yield compounding. The initiative is designed to reduce operational complexity and lower barriers for users seeking to provide liquidity in decentralized markets.
Byreal also announced plans to launch a proprietary automated market maker (Prop AMM) model. The initial phase will feature protocol-managed liquidity combined with dynamic fee structures that adjust according to order flow quality. The framework aims to enhance execution stability and capital efficiency, with broader participation expected over time as the system matures.
Expanding beyond crypto-native assets, Byreal revealed plans to introduce round-the-clock perpetual futures trading for real-world assets (RWA) and other tokenized instruments. The platform also intends to integrate prediction market data as an on-chain signal layer, creating a unified execution environment that bridges traditional and decentralized finance.
“We’re building foundational infrastructure for internet capital markets,” Bao said, emphasizing Byreal’s vision to support seamless access to both crypto and real-world assets within a single on-chain ecosystem.
Incubated by Bybit and launched in mid-2025, Byreal has quickly emerged as a prominent decentralized exchange within the Solana ecosystem, known for its liquidity depth and price discovery capabilities. The announcement comes as Solana continues to position itself as a gateway for institutional capital entering digital asset markets, with Solana Accelerate APAC drawing more than 2,000 developers, executives, and policymakers to discuss the future of blockchain innovation.
