Synpulse, a leading financial services consultancy, has appointed Patrick Becher as the new Chief Operating Officer. This is a major milestone in strengthening global operations and accelerating the company's evolution into an AI-native consulting and technology leader.
As Synpulse continues its regional growth and expands through Synpulse8 and innovation-friendly delivery, the need for a unified, scalable business model is becoming increasingly clear. Patrick, who spent nearly fifteen years at Synpulse, returns at a defining moment with a rare combination of external leadership experience and deep familiarity with Synpulse's identity, values and entrepreneurial culture.
"Patrick's return comes at a crucial moment," said Co-CEO Konrad Niggli. "We are professionalizing our setup, while integrating AI throughout the organization. Patrick brings exactly the mix of strategic clarity and practical implementation needed to guide this next phase. He understands Synpulse at its core, while bringing valuable perspective from the outside.”
Patrick has built his career at the intersection of consulting, operations, technology delivery and organizational development. This background allows him to design scalable structures, simplify what has become complex through rapid expansion and integrate AI as a natural part of daily work.
When he reflects on his new role, Patrick says: "Synpulse has always distinguished itself by its entrepreneurial spirit. Today, that spirit encounters a unique opportunity: building a business model that enables our growth strategy and supports us in delivering exceptional impact on customers. My focus will be on strengthening our foundation so that we can scale effectively, stay true to who we are, and leverage AI as a practical driver of efficiency, quality, and speed."
Co-CEO Yves Roesti adds: "Patrick represents the ideal mix of Synpulse DNA and fresh look. As we go from 'craftsical up' and integrate AI into both our offerings and our internal way of working, he will play a central role in turning ambition into tangible progress."
Patrick will shape the next chapter of Synpulse's business model: building globally coherent ways of working and ensuring that people and technology reinforce each other while continuing to grow the business. This appointment also connects with Synpulse's enhanced AI-native positioning, highlighted by the recent launch of its new global website with K8, a generative AI agent powered by PULSE8.ai.
