After a thorough change of control process and approvals received from the relevant state regulators in the U.S. and regulators in other jurisdictions, CXNEST Ltd. has successfully acquired full ownership and control of Currency.com's business and operations. This strategic acquisition will integrate Currency.com's advanced technology with the deep expertise and resources of its new investors, driving innovation and growth. The group will also benefit from an expanding team of senior management experts who will continue to lead Currency.com's development going forward.
