Dara by Sagent's real-time data and open ecosystem architecture drastically accelerates implementations and compatibility with other systems.
"Our mission is to expand access to housing in Idaho, so any viable solution must handle a wide range of claim types and connect to a variety of investors," said Chuck Kracht, Executive Vice President of Idaho Housing and Finance Association. "Dara by Sagent's Claims capabilities and configurability let us move away from manual claims processing, reducing the cost and time to process each claim and recovering more of our expenses than ever. We can then put that savings back into the programs that enable housing opportunities in Idaho and the other state agencies we serve."
