The expanded relationship reflects Voya's broader approach to working with technology partners to apply AI where it can help improve customer experiences, streamline operations and deliver meaningful business value. 

Building on its existing partnership, Voya will leverage UnqorkAI to help customers move more seamlessly from guidance to action, augment enterprise workflows and deliver more connected client experiences.
