Givebutter, the leading nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, announces the integration of Cash App Pay as a new way for organizations to accept donations and sell tickets. Cash App Pay is a fast, secure payment method that allows customers to use their Cash App account at checkout, joining Givebutter's extensive suite of payment methods. The addition of this integration gives nonprofits access to the widest network of payment methods available, offering donors more ways to give when, where, and how it suits them best.
"Today's donors expect to give on their own terms, using the payment methods they already know and trust," said Max Friedman, CEO of Givebutter. "By adding Cash App Pay to our platform, we're making it easier for nonprofits to meet supporters where they are and remove friction from the giving experience. The result is more opportunities for nonprofits to engage donors and amplify their impact."
"We know that younger consumers want flexibility in how they pay and meaningful ways to make an impact," said Tanuj Parikh, Head of Sales, North America of Cash App Commerce. "Through the strength of our partnership with Stripe, we're bringing Cash App Pay to Givebutter, we're making it easier for millions of people to donate to meaningful causes using their preferred payment method, right at checkout."
