eMoney Advisor (eMoney), a leading provider of technology solutions and services that help people talk about money, announced the launch of Financial Assessment, a new digital experience designed to help advisors engage prospects and plan participants earlier in their financial journey while creating new opportunities to expand their business.
The self-guided, one-page assessment provides prospects with a personalized summary of their financial picture across key planning areas such as spending, education and retirement. In just a few minutes, prospects gain meaningful insights into where they stand today and where potential gaps or opportunities may exist. For advisors, the assessment serves as a powerful conversation starter, helping transform introductory meetings into more meaningful and productive discussions. Rather than requiring the time and effort of building a comprehensive financial plan upfront, advisors can quickly identify a prospect's priorities, concerns, and unmet planning needs. This creates a low-friction way to demonstrate value early in the relationship, deepen engagement and uncover opportunities for ongoing advice, ultimately helping advisors convert more prospects into clients while supporting sustainable business growth.
"More people are using AI tools to answer financial questions on their own, whether they're thinking about retirement, paying for college, or managing day-to-day finances," said Chad Porche, senior vice president of product management at eMoney. "While AI can help people find information quickly, it often raises new questions about what those insights mean for their unique situation. Financial Assessment gives advisors a way to engage people at that moment with personalized insights that help move the conversation toward meaningful financial planning. It creates an opportunity for advisors to demonstrate value early and build trust before a prospect may be ready for a comprehensive financial plan."
Financial Assessment is available today to all Premium Client Portal users. Advisors simply send an invite, and recipients receive an email prompting them to create an account and access the interactive assessment, which can be branded to the advisor's firm. When prospects are ready to take the next step, their information remains within the eMoney platform, creating a connected experience that helps advisors engage, convert and serve clients more effectively throughout the financial planning journey.
